Yesterday was making the digital story it was very interesting to see what went into those and making them. They are hard to make with a short amount of time but it was really fun.

Reflections of day 3

Yesterday was a fun day I learned about cam studio which I have never used before and that was fun it was cool to do a tutorial because it shows what you can do with a computer. I knew about open source programing but I never knew how many programs were out there so I have a lot of stuff I want to work with and see how it works.

Reflections of day 2

yesterday was full of information some I knew some of it but some I didn't know. Like google earth that was incredible to be able to go anywhere in the world without leaving your seat is very neat the only way it could get better if it was a live feed. Windows movie maker is always a fun thing to use it allows you to do things that you couldn't with power point. The flip cams are something totally new to me they were fun but I didn't like their limited capabilities in sound and use.

day 1 reflections

Today was long and so much was covered. There was some stuff I already knew about and how to do and others I didn't know. Podcasts are a pain if you don't have good editing software but they are somewhat fun to make. Blogging is going to take time for me to get used to again but making the page is the best part.

About Me

My name is Paul Barnes; I have been in New Orleans for over a year now before that I used to live in Las Vegas. I am currently attending ITT-Tech about to graduate with my associates degree and I will be going for my bachelors as soon as I finish my first degree. I am 22; I have just recently moved into a house from my apartment complex.

My expectations for this internship are to gain skills and knowledge for my career that I need to get a job. I hope that I will be able to further my knowledge while building business relationships with people around me. I want to come out of this internship with a better knowledge of IT work and how to network.
